CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Original "Raja Hot Yoga"

✪  Heated  ✪  Energetic  âœª 60 Minutes ✪
 Our unique and original Raja Hot Yoga series has been developed by Billy Barefoot Yogi and Padma Dharmata, and has been taught for over 12 years at studios regionally and around the world! This unique signature series blends many styles of yoga (vinyasa, Bikram, power, restorative, hatha, and more, including intuitive approach, pranayama breathing, and concluded with an introspective/meditative rest pose), and follows a complete and well-balanced formula, that continues to be a favorite for students, year after year! This class is perfect for all levels and physical abilities. Modifications are taught to customize the class to the participants, and modern music is incorporated, which varies per instructor.
This is a HEATED class, taught at 105 degrees, 40% humidity.
Also look for Raja Level 2, which incorporates posture advancements, binds, alternate options, and further strength challenges!

Hot 26

✪  Heated  ✪ Driven ✪ 60 Minutes ✪
The Hot 26 is a 60-minute series, which is slightly more strength- and endurance-based than the Raja Hot Yoga series, but also still welcomes all levels of ability, and follows a rigid formula of 26 postures (many practiced twice). This is a great class for those with certain mobility issues that make planks or "up-down" motions challenging, or for those who are overly-challenged by vinyasa or flowing movements and would still like a great challenge, as this class is static-based (one posture at a time), with ambient music. This class concludes with Kapalbhati breathing. Great for ALL levels! Expect to be challenged.
This is a HEATED class, taught at 105 degrees, 40% humidity. 

Power Yoga

✪  Heated  ✪ Strength Based ✪
Power Yoga is a strength- and endurance-based yoga practice, typically utilizing a vinyasa flow, and adds elements of fitness and core-strengthening practices! If you're looking to add an extra level of fitness to your practice, this is it! This class also welcomes ALL LEVELS, and each class is modified to meet the student where they are at.  
This is a HEATED class, taught at 105 degrees. 

Slow Flow

✪  Heated & Non Heated  ✪  Gentle Movement  ✪
 Slow Flow Vinyasa is a more gentle, slightly slower version of our Vinyasa class, connecting each movement to the breath, and can be very creative, and different every class.  This class welcomes all levels, beginner through advanced, giving the ability to incorporate modifications, as needed, for each student. This is a "gentle" vinyasa yoga class, and especially great for those new to yoga, or for the experienced practitioner! This class is taught both HOT and WARM. Check the schedule for details.

Meditation

✪  Guided ✪ Inner Contemplation ✪
This class begins with a discussion (often in Q&A format), about what meditation is, and how it relates to reducing stress, anxiety, and overthinking, and then progresses into a guided meditation. This class, led by Billy Barefoot Yogi draws from sources such as psychology, neuroscience, yoga, spirituality, and ultimately from our own experiences of going beyond the mind and allowing our natural awareness to shine through, lifting away what normally blocks us from our infinite peace! 

Yin Yoga

✪  All Seated Postures  ✪  Gentle Movement  ✪
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of modern yoga, focusing on floor postures that are held for longer periods of time, anywhere between three and five minutes each. This allows the postures to move beyond the muscle and work on the fascia and bone (which can be very therapeutic), increase flexibility, and offers a gentle pace of the class. This class is welcoming to all levels, beginners through advanced, as modifications are taught, to meet the ability of all students. 
This class is taught both HOT and WARM. Check the schedule for details.

This is a group community discussion / satsang on spiritual awakening, life, and so much more!

Progressive deep relaxation taught while lying in Savasana or rest pose. No active postures. All levels.

Energetic fusion yoga class taught to the beats of trap music with high-energy! 

✪  Belly Dance  ✪  NON Heated Class  ✪
An expressive and creative dance class, incorporating hip and torso movement to energetic music. All levels welcome!

✪  Kid's Yoga
  ✪  NON Heated Class  ✪
Kids Yoga is offered on Saturdays at 10:45am for ages 8-12 (space is limited, sign up in advance). This is a great way to incorporate movement and mindfulness! Parent is *required* to stay on premises during the class, either in the lobby or in another class.
